Will never go back to this park and I highly recommend everyone to stay away! The management lies and cheats you your money. My deposit was never returned to me and my propane bottles were never filled full because I would run out in less then a week! If your a woman staying here ,watch out! The owner will watch everything you do. I was highly uncomfortable with my entire stay. Awful place!!

Spaces are a little tight and barely long enough. Ok for a night. Owner was nice and let me have a late check out.

Omg, This place was awful, management,does not read meter before you move in, took my 100.00 deposit, knowing that there is no way a trailer will use that in a month, also he claim to fill my propane, But yet it ran Empty twice in one month?? I lived in Rv a very long time I know that is a scam... also all my neighbors complain to me of the same incidents.. He also says you are not allowed to make a mail change.. Well I went down to the government office and It is against the law to keep someone’s mail and stop them from changing there OWN MAIL.. Watch out for that park owner or manager which ever he is.. ALSO when I ask him we’re my deposit was he says .. that’s not my priority.. I don’t know..and HE LIES ABOUT BEING PET FRIENDLY HE CALL THE POLICE ON ME.. WHEN THEY CAME THEY FOUND THAT THE ALLEGATIONS WAS NOT TRUE!!!!!!  Again watch out!!!

Horrible, spaces don't even have room enough for a lawn chair. Noisy drunkards were not dealt with by mgt until the police had to be called at midnight.

Flat concrete, quiet park, free Wi-Fi and there are antennas everywhere, upgraded Wi-Fi available for heavy users, free cable TV, clean bathrooms and laundry, working coke machine, fair rent prices. There's a dog park.  Propane available. You can also just stop by to dump your tanks if you'd like (for a nominal fee). It's also right across the street from a Valero fuel station which is nice. This place is ideal for long term stay. What else can I ask for?
