I just moved here and I absolutely love it here. Staff is very nice and courteous. They made sure our first night was great. It's more like a community I just love it. It's quiet and peaceful.

Nice but looks like not the place for old white women. Many kids and teenager s.only drove through once tho so....worth checking out

So far it's ok. It's not too easy to get work orders completed but it does eventually get done. The people are super sweet. Nice quiet community.

This has been the ponderosa for a long time. Clean,quit,and a connected community. And we got the prettiest flowers in the whole community. Shout out to Mama T.
