Nothing fancy however great utilities and wifi. I love this place and plan to return. Easy to get around Tyler from here. Very convenient. Owners are great.

Park is new and consists mostly of long term folks. Never met the manager or owner. Spoke with owner over the phone. Very nice guy. The park was quiet and everyone pretty much kept to themselves. If you ever have to stay just leave your money in an envelope and slide it through the office mail slot. Pretty easy self serve set up.

It's basic and new, full hookups and a laundry room... but I'm here to work 3 months and go. Works for me and location feels safe.
