Good variety of equipment, both cardio and weights. The staff is always nice and helpful if you need anything. The reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is because 1) I wish they had a bit bigger aerobics area and 2) it seems like it’s ALWAYS busy so a lot of times my workout has to be adjusted based on if I can use the equipment I wanted.

Good equipment. Friendly and helpful staff.  However the kids club staff do not change diapers or give bottles.  This is fine, however, I wasn’t told about the ‘we don’t change diapers’ until I already signed up.  My baby hates being wet or dirty, so I’ll have to plan my workouts to check (we go through a lot of diapers).  Not a huge deal but just good to know information.  Luckily, my workouts are under an hour.

There's no place like home! Always liked this gym from day one, large variety of people  with different goals.  Makes it easy to find someone to workout with. They have what may be the most knowledgeable (and tough) trainers around. The expansion was worth the wait. I only have one complaint, that is the weekend schedule. I workout at night, without the 24 hours on the weekends it makes gym time hard to find. All around great facility.

Great starter gym. Staff is very kind and helpful, especially if you're new. Not a big fan of the "free training session" they offer. I feel it ended up a sales pitch and I did not purchase it. Plenty of equipment and very affordable. Kid Zone child care has the best caregivers! My daughter lives them and they are great with children. Also very affordable but the summer conflict of having extra kids can get very costly. They require you to sign a year contract in order to pay the monthly fee, otherwise it's a daily fee which adds up. I recommend this place to anyone looking for a good gym, especially newbies!

We enjoy our workouts there, though they need to expand again 5:00 to 7:00 don't even think about going. Stupid busy
