It's a nice facility. I prefer the morning crew to the afternoon crew, but that's just me. Morning crew is friendlier and seem happy to be here.

Would give them a zero if I could. When I signed up, I specifically asked if it was a contract and was assured multiple times I could cancel with no fees. So I went to cancel several months later and after they made fun of me, they told me I would have to pay the buy out fee as well as this month's fee. The month fee I understand because of how the days fell, but the only reason I purchased the membership was because it was no contract. I was just going to keep it, but after they made another joke about me, I just paid it and left. What jerks. "Everyone belongs" is BS. I should have went with 10 Gym originally. Usually I'm extremely fair on reviews, but if you are fat and looking to lose weight without judgement, this location is not the place for you!

The worst nastiest planet fitness I've ever been to, it was fine when I first went in, but soon, vapers appeared, and mixed in with the rest of the workers, it's a nasty chemical, so just because the floor is clean, the nastiness of the vaping clients makes walking outdoors a more pleasant workout. Horrible to invest so much then have it destroyed by filthy addicted clientele, including some of the staff hiding in the back room and vaping.
