The new management is so nice! They introduced themselves to me and made me feel so welcome. They've made so many changes to the gym and added new equipment. It's so convenient to have a clean, safe gym that's open 24 hours and has 24 hour tanning.

Love this gym. Clean & positive place. Ema & Jeff were great with answering questions when I signed up.. Very helpful. Love I can come anytime 24/7. I wanted to add to my review! So this gym has NEW OWNERSHIP in the past 3 months so if your reading negative reviews I'm sure they are totally wrong in what the gym is now. I have had nothing but a great experience at this gym. I also checked out the shower room and OMG super nice! Had a blow dryer shampoo conditioner as well as soap in the shower. Very clean shower room!! I have been to this gym at 3am 5am as well as in the evenings and it's never way over crowded. Sometimes it's even just me really early in the mornings. Very welcoming gym. Glad I found this gym. They also have a lay down and stand up tanning beds. The only negative comment I could say is in the stand up tanning bed I'd like a mat on the part where your feet go cause the little holes in the floor hurt my feet lol

Solid gym thats always clean. Some the aerobic equipment needs to be replaced but overall, its a good place to workout.
