I guess customer satisfaction and incomparable service along with ..They will spare no expense to ensure customer is happy is only for delivery service. After purchasing a used vehicle...the battery was dead. Lightning Express knew this as the vehicle had been sitting outside for awhile. After jump starting the vehicle several times..they said it should charge up after you drive it for awhile..which it didn't. Having it tested the next day..it was shot...no good..I called Lightning express saying I had to purchase a battery...and they had no entention of helping with the bill..$ 190.00...so much for customer satisfaction...if that's the way they deal ...I sure wouldn't recommend or hire them.
