I spent a lot of time and money having another shop install 4.88 gears that introduced vibration and noise into my jeep.  After several return visits to the first shop they through in the towel and blamed it on my tires. I stopped at Hooze and asked them to evaluate.  Jeff was extremely professional in working methodically through possible causes, and finally determined defective parts were installed.  Hooze replaced them, and the jeep drives like new, I could not be happier.  The next time I have any powertrain or accessory needs I am going strait to Hooze, anywhere else is a waste of time and money. .

Bad Experience...if I could give them negative stars, I would.  

I called to get lift kit parts and suspension work done for my vehicle.  Spoke with several people including the owner on several occasions.  They didn't have an answer so they said they would look into it and get back to me.  Called back a week later because no one responded to my inquiries to find out that they had not done any research and forgotten about my case.  Gave them another chance.  Gave them more time to do the research and get me parts and installation costs estimates.  No call back.  Had to call them again and they said they couldn't find the information.  I'm pretty sure that they didn't even try.  Because I was able to find it.  A consumer being able to find information that a commercial outfit couldn't find is beyond ridiculous.  

I gave them the information I had and requested an estimate.  Again, I never got a callback.  I had to call these guys again and was greeted with "It may take some time."  They said they would get back to me when they were able to get the parts.  

It has been over 6 months and no one has called me back, since.  

If they didn't want to help me, they could have just said so, instead of giving me the run-around and having me do research that their lazy butts could have done with 10 minutes in front of a computer.  

I gave them multiple opportunities to redeem themselves but they failed each time.  How does a business like this stay afloat?

Finally, the real experts! Not only did Hooze repair the front end of our truck, they found the real problem - the first shop (who we had done a lot of business in the past with) told us that the rear end needed to replaced, when in fact, it was the front end. Hooze repaired it and it didn't break the bank. You have a loyal customer!

Hooze 4x4 took my 2015 Ford F-150 in with a re-occurring brake problem. They were wonderful in trouble shooting the problem and   
repairing it for a fair price. I will continue to give them all my auto business.

I recently had my rear end rebuilt and some drive shaft work done on my jeep after another shop screwed me over and hooze did a awesome job, dave is awesome mechanics are great and i wont take my vehicles any where else they have a life long customer thanks hooze
