I've been a member of 121 CU for around 20 years.  Their offices are convenient to where I live and or work.  They have gone paperless.  It seems a bit weird to do a teller transaction verbally but it seems to work.  The tellers have always been very pleasant.

Was sadly suprized by how Unresponsive the loan officers and loan dept Managment . Was In the market for mortgage and or a home equity product and could not get anyone to follow through with simple call backs . Seriously considering closing my accounts and taking my business elsewhere
