Terrible.... wish you could give negative stars.  So a family member used me as a reference and they have repeatedly  harassed  me over and over again. I’ve asked numerous times to not be contacted and yet they still do. Lady had even said ‘ I know you asked to not be called but could you please tell  ( name) to call me”. I’m done with them. If I get one more call I’m filing charges . They have even called family that are not even on the list over and over again. Family is tired of dealing with them blowing our phones up! My brother has very important job in the military and he’s had to leave to take their phone calls thinking it’s and emergency and yet it’s them calling. It’s not our problem if they don’t pay their dang bills!  We aren’t paying them for them so stop bothering us! Wait there was a law that people can’t use you as a reference without your permission! So when they call they never call again! Boss was also rude when I called because I’d told her this keeps happening over and over again.

Don't use them if tring to biuld credit.  Paid off my car and instead of showing it paid as paid on credit  report they remove it so you still  need to biuld credit.

I only owed 3more payments on my car. Woke up one morning car was gone called mark1 and they said it was becuase i still owed ONE DOLLAR from my last payment, BS. They said I couldnt get my car back unless i paid the remaining of my balance. Since I couldnt come up with the money before the deadline never got my car back, even though it was clearly their mistake!. Cried for day 4yrs paying 400 for the car monthly, all I can say "DONT TRUST MARKONE".

This company is the worst.  I sent them two certified letters and both letters came back to me as undeliverable.  Who are these people and why are they running?

they have to be the biggest bunch of Jerks out there a person used me for a reference few years ago without me knowing know they have my phone number and his name who owes them money they call me atleast 5 times a week I have called and talked to supervisors who say his name is not in there computer and my phone number is not in there either then how do you keep calling me don't matter who you talk to there they are all a bunch of a**holes so tired of them harassing me by calling from 8am to 9pm get your shi* together find the dead beat that used me and get your money not my problem he owes you money I gave you who he works for now so find him this is in PA. would not use them or recommend them to anybody I have went off on them and they don't like that they just hang up on you real professional as a business so I give them NEGATIVE 10 out of there 5 stars
