I land up eating lunch at this 16 Handles location one or two times a week. The selection of flavors is very wide; I have always found the staff to be particularly helpful. The counters and all other parts of the store are immaculately clean. If there is a problem of some sort--for example if they happen to be out of a certain flavor--the staff members are apologetic and kind, and offer other things in their place. All these excellent aspects indicate why I land up in the Port Washington 16 Handles location so often.

All around good dessert place. Lots of good flavors and toppings plus a new couple of flavors every week or so. Clean place with some kids games in back. It can get crowded on weekends and in warm weather but staff does a good job keeping line moving. One tip is a cup of fro yo can get pretty expensive so watch how much you add !

The frozen yoghurt was good but the toppings were all melted and covered in cleaning chemicals I think. From the time we walked into the store you could smell it but I never thought it would be all over the toppings!!! Disgusting.

Tcby clone. Good flavor but I prefer a gelato. Great for kids but they like the toppings more. Those toppings cost you allot!!
