I've never had any issue here with billing or anything else. Such a friendly, family feel to this place as well

Mike and staff are  professional an extremely knowledgeable in the world of fitness. Side note the place is always clean.

Terrible gym with staff that is not flexible or understanding at all. Third party billing company is a complete nightmare as well.

Do not go there. We enrolled but decided to rxit on the second day!!. But they said we cannot leave the contract and hence have to pay them for the entire year even if we are not using it.... Terrible gym and horrible billing company....Go to YMCA instead!

This gym is terrible. No water fountain, old machinery, an ugly setup (at least in Newark).

As the other reviewer said, their payment system is terrible, and the owner is in no way helpful or sympathetic. Go to any other gym but this one.
