Was tricked into a year long contract and took me months to get out of it even though I developed an injury that prevented me from participating in classes. People there were very friendly though.

Great place, fantastic people.  I train in various martial arts and initially came to Jack's to both improve my striking, and because his day schedule allows me to duck in for a quick workout straight from work.  I couldn't recommend a gym or a guy more.  Jack is a great instructor and his fighters are top notch - yet at the same time they're really friendly and helpful to people just starting out - no inflated egos at all.  If you're looking to get in shape for the new year, this is the place to do it, the workouts are intense.  If you can't handle it at first, just do what you can and you'll find yourself getting better in no-time.
