Classes are efficient and challenging, but not too intimidating

The staff and owner of Fusion are amazing. Regardless of your fitness level, they will make sure you are doing what you need to do to meet and exceed your goals. Membership is inexpensive compared to the super impersonal gyms and you get so much more for your money! And the FIT classes are like nothing I've seen in other gyms.

Fusion has the perfect balance of cardio and strength equipment so it caters it both sexes and all ages. The environment that Nic provides lays the foundation for a great workout every visit.

It is quite small in size and lacks a number of pieces of equipment (Squat Rack Track) and a few number of other pieces (i.e. they have only 1 incline bench press). They do have a wide variety of smith machines, but they do not have additional weight to put onto them. Unfortunately, Fusion really tries to nickle and dime you, there are signs everywhere with "special" offers - it's outrageous. Also have an area for "trainers" only so us common folk don't have access to all this gym has to offer without paying extra. The owner, Nic, is a bit unfriendly, so don't be surprised if he doesn't even acknowledge your presence as he walks around. Overall, I would not recommend this gym - too small, too many "add-ons" and not enough equipment...you'd be better off joining something like Planet Fitness.
