Livonia courts decides whose going to win and whose going to loose before you even go to court! I had an open and shut case but the magistrate AND the judge refused to even look at it! I stated the the defendant even had a criminal past which he spent time in prison for, they didn't care, saying "That's not why we're here.". The defendants submitted one kind of paperwork at the initial hearing with the magistrate than they did with the judge at the 2nd hearing.....but I was not allowed to do that. I was refused a copy of their paperwork when the magistrate told me I didn't need it, when I told her it was my right, she responded "It's my court room." When the defendants claimed they paid for my move back to Michigan, I told the judge that they were lying and held up my file folder saying, "Judge this folder will prove they are lying, here are all my receipts for motels, gas and food in this folder." His exact words were "I don't need to see that, in fact I rule no just cause." I asked him if he played hockey with my brother (the defendant) and he told me to get out of his courtroom. And that's justice at it's best folks....at least here in Livonia!

They gave me six month probation for my dog falling asleep on next door neighbors lawn smh...if you think the court is racist .stay out of Livonia seriously it's white for a reason which means tough courts and lots of police...
