Second time I've been here. They have a pretty large number of desks with people working. Seems like they are efficient. Not necessarily friendly but I'll take efficient. The first time I had over two hundred people in front of me. I used the phone check in and went home and came back almost five hours later. Second time I went early and had a much shorter wait. Lots of angry people around me. I think the dmv is just a stressful place in general. Wasn't as bad as the reputation the dmv has.

Ultimately the rudest customer service I've ever had it Secretary of State. When I asked her a simple question she spit it out the answer at me and threw my paperwork back at me. When I asked her if she could repeat it so I could write it down she gave me an attitude and said I have to come back to get the answers another time because they lock the door in 10 minutes. It's not my fault that there's very few opened on Saturday in Michigan. They still had a line around the building when they were closing in 10 minutes. If you don't like your job that much and you're that unhappy you shouldn't work for the Secretary of State!!!!!

I started the day at the Secretary of State's office on Wayne Rd at 1130. I took my number tab and it was 92 and they were on 30. I ran some errands and returned an hour later and they were on 37. Really? I had been to the Farmington office before and they constantly texted informing me of how many minutes until my turn. While in the Wayne Rd office parking lot I called the Farmington Rd office. I didn't know you could get in line by phone. It said 146 minutes so I went home, ate, watched TV and when it said 37 minutes I headed for SOS. My phone number was called in less than 5 minutes after my arrival. The service rep was very pleasant and helpful. I was done in less than 5 minutes. I really don't want to tell people about this as that would mean more people would be aware of it, but it was my best visit ever to SOS.

They recently renovated the office totally and it looks pretty good. Service is nice and everyone there trying to help the customers. Nichole, a service representative who helped me on the other day is very supportive.

What's the point of Qless if they're going to have you join the line in the middle of the office? Some people might go ahead of you if you don't pay attention or they move quicker than you.
