The entire city of livonia is a complicated mess, with residents being sent from one department to another and no one seems to have any idea what is going on, getting countless different opinions and explanations about rules, ordinances, and information. Livonia would appear to have significantly under-trained staff, and the old boys club in the inspection and building departments recommend their unlicensed, inept, corrupt friends for jobs.
