Ms Scarlett's Flowers took care of 3 flower arrangements for my mother's funeral yesterday. They did an amazing job. The flowers were beautiful, and the arrangements surpassed our expectations. Thank you for your professionalism in helping us with something we considered of great importance, as my mother loved flowers.

This is a long overdue edit as it deals with an experience in May of this year. I posted a 5-star review on Google last year specifically to get a discount on a future order per instruction by the company (which I couldn't use for an online order anyway). While I was happy with my service last year, I've since gone down to Florida and we stopped by to buy flowers in person and had a very different experience. The staff was very dismissive and requested 2 hours for an incredibly simple bouquet (a couple dozen flowers in a basic arrangement). We paid far more than justified for a couple dozen tulips and they were already starting to wilt and were pretty beat up when we picked them up. We considered going back to complain but given how we were treated and that we were told repeatedly they were busy with wedding preparation, figured it would not accomplish much. Leaving this at two stars because two other orders I placed online turned out great and were delivered on time with no issues, but I would recommend avoiding going into the store itself if you can.

I have purchased multiple arrangements for my mother who lives in Bradenton. I live 700 miles away and initially found Ms. Scarlett's from an internet search. I could only trust  that the order would be filled and delivered in a presentable arrangement. I have never been disappointed and neither has my mother. The flowers are always fresh and the arrangement beautiful and lasting. Delivery is always as promised. It is wonderful to know that I can place an order with confidence.
Update: ordered again and the arrangement was delivered promptly and it is gorgeous!

I have ordered from them numerous times, the flowers are always gorgeous and they last a long time. I highly recommend them. They are the only florist I use in Bradenton.

This shop is great. Flowers were gorgeous!!! I told them my preferences and they could not have hit it more on the mark. From the time they answered the phone it was all smooth and easy. They delivered to the hospital the next day - took care of all the details. Could not have asked for more!
