I am a new patient of Dr. Patel. I had an excellent experience with him and his staff. They made me feel very comfortable from the moment I walked in the door for the first time. I had 2 teeth extracted and honestly didn't feel a thing during the procedure. He has now gained 2 patients because my wife will be using him too.

All I can say is WOW!..I called today to verify my insurance and find out If the doctor removed amalgams. I wanted to know if there was a safety protocol in place for the process. A very ignorant woman with a bad attitude answered the phone. I ask her about the procedure and she had no idea what I was talking about. As I attempted to explain the procedure, she became frustrated and hung up on me. The shocker is, wait for it...she's the dental hygienists! I called back and spoke with the front desk girl who's attitude was no better. Needless to say, I will be searching for dental care elsewhere. This can only be a reflection of the overall service and experience at this office. A team is only as good as it's leader.

If you want meticulous dentistry and a thorough explanation of procedures in a caring, safe environment then choose Dr Patel, This from a patient of 3 years, and multiple dental procedures.

Went in for a teeth cleaning. Said the cleaning would be $75. Ended up telling me I didn't qualify for cleaning, but was still charged $75.

I was extremely pleased with my experience at Whitlock Avenue Dental. The entire staff was courteous and professional. I was more than a patient to them and it showed by their wonderful attention to my needs. I highly recommend this practice!
