Hands down the best customer service and car repair experience I have gone through. Terry at Blue Mountain and his team were honest and upfront about the repair cost. They provided me with an itemized detailed work order. Spelling out exactly what the parts would cost, and what the hourly rate would be to perform the work. There was no hidden fees and no nonsense. Not only did Blue Mountain's friendly staff and service exceed my expectations, but they even went one step further by detailing my truck and making it SHINE! =)  Thank You Terry and Staff for bringing my truck back to its beautiful and original state. I highly recommend this collision center to anyone who wants there vehicle to be taken care of the right way the first time!

It took less than 5 minutes for a disinterested, condescending representative of the new ownership/management to thoroughly negate all of the glowing reviews on this site. I wish them luck for the future.
