I recently purchased a Honda civic 2017 brand new .  We were walking the lots we got approached by Omar.  He showed us a few cars that I was interested in .  He got paged in and never came back. outside, we waited 10 minutes.  I wanted to leave but my husband decided to call someone else and I’m glad he did! Tom came out and helped us  he had great customer service and didn’t pressure us into buying a car. He worked with me and later that night I walked out with a brand new car.  And also to the man who helped  finalize the paper he was awesome to. And because of my Experience with them two, I would recommend Spreen Honda ask for Tom he’s awesome.

I was in desperate need of a vehicle to commute to work after totaling my own a week earlier. Omar approached us with a very sincere attitude. Right away he was showing us options that were convenient and affordable. We spent a few hours there and the entire time Omar had a positive attitude, never giving up on searching for the best possible plan for me. I had gone to a few other dealerships where the service wasn't so great. But Spreen Honda, and more importantly Omar, definitely pride themselves on their service, which is greatly appreciated. I was able to leave with a 2014 Honda Civic that I am more than happy with, and return to work the next day. If you're looking for a place to buy a car,  Spreen Honda is the place to go. Best experience.

My wife and I had seen a great deal advertised online for a used Honda Odyssey so we got a babysitter and came down from Apple Valley to check it out.  When we got there, the staff couldn't find Shayna, who we had an appointment with, which seemed strange, but after a couple minute wait it turned out she had actually been pulling the car we were interested in around so that it would be ready and waiting for us when we got there, which was very helpful and considerate.  After the test drive of the used car, we let her know we'd like to try the new one as well, and she had another employee, Tom, take over from there.  Tom was great and so very helpful!  He was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle, demonstrating all the great features without being annoying or pushy.  After the test drive, we were pretty much sold on the 2018 Odyssey, but we also had our kids at home with a babysitter and didn't have a ton of time.  We explained our situation to Tom and told him what we were able to pay but that because we have young children at home we really don't have time to haggle or negotiate... if he can get it to us for close to that price, we'll take it; if not, no hard feelings, but we've got to get home.  Tom was incredibly helpful and was actually running at one point to get everything approved so we could get the trade in, new car, and everything and still make it home!  He went above and beyond to make the experience painless, while respecting our situation and our price point.  When we finished with Tom, he took us over to Stacy who was also incredibly helpful and made the paperwork end of buying a car fun and easy.  My wife had actually bought her first car from Spreen 15 years ago and we will definitely be back again!  Incredible experience, great employees, and great prices!

The most amazing customer service I have ever had! Good friend Chris Rushing introduced me to Jose Moreno who was most patient and a great help with every detail which made the whole experience very smooth and easy. The best part was that they were able to match price so I got a great deal which means they truly want to help. Jose then introduce me to Vu Ton-That who was able to set me up with a good plan and worked out the numbers very quick and efficient! Definitely recommend this dealership to everyone who is looking for a good car shopping experience! Thanks again guys!

Great experience here buying a used car. I had looked online before coming down so I knew what I wanted, and they were able to get that car out and allow us to drive it easily. I wasn't made to feel pressured to commit at any time. While the sales guy did try to upsell us, as I'm sure is required and normal anywhere, he was very polite about it and made it clear that our decision would not negatively affect our experience.
