This Cleaners will ruin your clothes and then claim they are not responsible! I have been using this cleaners for some time and spend about 50-60 USD per visit, which is once a month. I had received new special order business embroidered shirts costing 40.07 ea. These shirts were brand new not worn twice because they are trade show shirts. 2.99 A cleaners in Morehead City, ruined the first shirt by bleaching fading out the RED embroidered company logo. I informed the cleaners of their mistake, then I ordered and bought a second shirt. When returning to drop off clothes for cleaning and making sure I emphasized to the clerk not to ruin the second shirt, guess what, 2.99 A Cleaners bleached and ruined the second shirt. The cleaners is responsible for their work, damages caused to my property and their seemingly incompetent employees. I have asked for the owner to call me and payment for the damaged clothes. The owner never called me even after 2 visits PERSONALLY to the store and six weeks later. They have refused to pay the 80.14 for my damages see photo of my bill for the shirts.They Claim that they were only responsible for 11.99 per shirt, 10X the cleaning their policy is posted nowhere in the store oh but it is on the back to the receipt in small print. They have forced me now I have filed small claim against them. This company does not think they are responsible for damage they cause to your property and the owners don't care! I disagree, if I make a mistake, I take responsibility, and its not the 80.14 its the principle. Why is it so hard for people to do the right thing? Find Another cleaners!

The worst! Should have walked away after taking one look inside. Nobody takes care of you like the mom and pop shop's. Dropped my comforter off on Monday came back and picked it up on Friday and I discovered large red stains on my comforter! Not to mention that the stains my dog leave from their rawhide bones were still there---same stains that I could have wiped off with a rag. Also They said they are not responsible due to the waver i signed when it was dropped off. Worst customer service I've ever experienced.
