My daughter; not realizing that a polyester blend shouldn't be ironed but steamed, melted the front of her dress with a hot iron. Gloria's personal service saved my daughter's graduation dress emergency with a timely, affordable alteration and impeccable press. Would recommend to anyone.

I brought my daughters wedding dress in to the Newport office for steaming only and they never told me how much.  The average in the area is $40.  When I went to pick it up they tried to charge me over $150 and I had to call the owner who reduced it to $65. When I brought the dress back I noticed they snagged the lace and it was obvious.  I brought the dress back and called the other owner in the New Bern office who told me to bring it in and she would look at it and get back to me.  I had to leave 2 messages and was still not contacted back.  We now have missed 2 pre-wedding photos and when I went to see the status of the dress again,  the woman at the Newport office handed it to me and didn't know what was going on.  I left the dress and told her to have Gloria call me. I am going to have to find a new dress for my daughter now with only 3 weeks left for the wedding.
