I can't say enough wonderful things about Van-Go!  I called and left a message one afternoon and Jack returned my call and gave us an estimate that evening.  He is extremely informative, professional, and understanding.  He cleaned my 90 & 91 year old parents carpet.  Jack and his crew took care of everything!  The carpet came out fantastic.  He really deserves and earns his 5 star rating.  I have no trouble recommending them and will use them again.

I had orange marker stains on my beige carpet. He came out quickly and the dark stains are gone. Would definitely recommend! Very polite and helpful!

After I initially was unable to contact Van Go, my wife contacted them and they were there within an hour they responded and cleaned the stain satisfactorily with intent to come back and take the carpet back to their shop to more completely remove the stain as well as to address other stains. Great job!!
