Love Dr.Aboushaar for all of my children’s medical needs. He is a great listener and very thorough in investigating my concerns . He also honors my wishes to the extent that he is able as far as medicine preferences and treatment options. Very very happy with him. Thank you !

First, let me start by saying that this negative review is nothing against Dr Aboushaar himself. The staff in the office are a group of the most incompetent "professionals" I've encountered this year. As new patients, I was told that my children's insurance was showing inactive. Even though I knew this wasn't the case, I called the insurance company and had them tell the doc office directly that the insurance was indeed active and to also provide a ref#. The staff advised all was ok and my children were seen in the office. Then, a week later, both Carla and Leslie from the dr office calls and tells me the insurance is still showing inactive. I called the insurance company and had them call them again. The insurance co called me back telling me the dr office told them that they never told me it was inactive, but that they told me they didn't accept this insurance. That was NEVER said to me. Then the insurance co and I called the dr office back on a conference call. Leslie answers and says its just showing inactive. Then Leslie put the insurance manager from the dr office on the line. I asked her WHICH IS IT? She says nonchalantly "Oh we don't take that insurance." I asked why someone didn't tell me that a week or 2 ago when I was in the office and when we were going back and forth. I then asked did they just stop accepting this insurance a week or so ago, since I was JUST IN THE OFFICE. Then she proceeds to tell me they stopped accepting this insurance 3-4yrs ago!!!!! SMH If you don't already know the right questions to ask and if you don't follow up and check up behind them, you will be in the same, if not similar position as I.

Dr.Aboushaar is so amazing he was my childhood doctor and now my two kids go to him. Dr.Aboushaar has such a great bed side manner and always makes sure to genuinely listen to your concerns from day one and comes up with best action plan based on yours and your child's needs. My favorite quality with him as a parent is I never feel like I'm being pressured to make decisions for my child I'm not comfortable with he always takes what you say in consideration and always makes sure your questions and concerns our his #1 priority.

i wish if i could give negative points to this place. my 2 year old was supposed to get his regular shots but this nurse wrongly pricked him at 3 places and rather being sorry or shameful she clearly said "its your son fault"..i m not gonna go this place anymore.

I've experienced some real terrible things at this office. Mostly with the office personal I would not recommend this office to my family or friends.
