They now have free wifi! It can be tough to find open equipment at some points like rush hour but overall there are plenty of stations if you can be flexible with your strength training. I wish there were more power racks or other stations available for barbell work. Generally speaking the gym is kept clean and in good repair.

Everybody is awesome, extremely polite. Specifically Vince, feel like the guy is never in a bad mood and Jordan. Today specifically though Cary noticed I had a personal training session, been unused on my account for a few years. Nobody has brought this up before, he did and I appreciate it so thank you to all of them.

I am only giving 4 stars because when I first wanted to come here I got a 3 day free pass online and when I went to the gym at 6am (I Can't go any later due to work hours) they told me that the pass was only good starting at 8am. I was in shock because the place is called 24 hour fitness. No where on the free pass did it mention limited times I could go. They need to update that because I had nowhere to change and get ready for work that day but thankfully one of the employees let me in as a guest then I bought a membership later that same day. Other than that its a nice facility with friendly staff.

Place has a pretty decent variety of equipment & free weights, as well as treadmills, stairclimbers & exercise rooms where they have group sessions with things like yoga, Zoomba, aerobics, etc for which they keep timely schedules online. They charge plenty & is billed as Super Sport, in part maybe because it has a pool, sauna & jacuzzi, but after a while it doesn't seem all that different. Part of premium means less crowded & more services...but they constantly try to add new members so it's kinda crowded & not so premium during the times most want to go. Still a good option, generally clean & well maintained, but they should stick to original mission (of being premium) without constantly raising prices!

The place is getting worse and they keep asking for more money. There is a huge difference between what it used to be when just opened and now. They finally fixed the dry sauna, but now its way too hot. As if there is no way to make the temps right. Towels strated as clean, now are old and stained. You can see staff cleaning water spills on the floors with them. Then same towels are given to customers. Nice?😆 when they clean the pool area they hose the dirty water from the floor right into the swimming pool while people are in it swimming. Equipment is outdated and been there since day one. There are a couple of new machines, but not latest models...just new to the gym. The drinking water is not filtered and tastes lije chlorine. Showers usually have clumps of hair and the pool shower has no indication of how to make the water warm, so one has to play for a while to get it work. The desk staff is friendly, nice folks with a rare exception but they get replaced or quit very often, so usually they have no idea how to help with equipment etc. For all the claims that we have to pay more because we get more out of memberships, its rather the opposite. Too bad. Used to be a nice gym.
