Amy is amazing. Best workouts I've ever had. She keeps you so engaged, always something different to do, works all parts of the body. My arms and legs showed immediate change. Family members were like "wow, check out your arms!". Amy's easy going and fun to be around. My husband took a few classes and he's an intense, hard core type. He was so sore the next day and also says "best workout he's ever had". Amy knows what she's doing and is just a really great coach and trainer. Well informed on nutrition, health, and all the key pieces to living a healthy live.

I have been working out at Novalife for over 8 years and have enjoyed Amy's creativity in always keeping it interesting for all of us, no matter at what level we are (I still consider myself a novice!), all the while making sure each and every one of us gets the best workout and the best results we are hoping for. She takes her job very seriously, even doing homework and research to come up with new routines and moves every week! We all see her as a close friend and an ally in our quest for health and fitness. -Cathia

I have been going to Amy's Pilates / fusion / fitness class for over 7 years. What keeps me going back every week, twice a week? You never know exactly what combination of exercises she is going to choose. They are all great and effective. Sometimes kind of hard ... but always worth it. You should come and try one of Amy's classes, because you'll want to come back!

Amy is an amazing and passionate trainer. She keeps her workout sessions fun, challenging with varieties and options for individuals at different levels and very unique. You should definitely give her classes a try!

Amy is such an amazing trainer and person! I was worried about what it would be like to start exercising again after taking a couple year break--it has been such a positive experience for me with Amy's help! I love the vibe of the classes--everyone seems happy to be there and I always feel welcomed. I like that Amy understands what everyone needs and is just so great at what she does. I have tried Barre classes before and different Yoga classes around Sammamish/Issaquah, but I like Amy's classes the best!
