Amazing gym with amazing people. On top of having fitness equipment for all types of workouts, Gold's offers a wide variety of classes for those who like to workout in groups. The pool area is clean and organized, which is perfect for swimming laps. The cardio theater plays all different types of movies, which makes it a great way to catch up on recent films.  But the best part of this gym is the staff. Every employee from the maintenance staff, to the greeters at the front desk are kind and courteous. When I had an issue with my membership the manager Ms. Brown was a great help. I can't recommend this gym enough!

Update: they have changed the schedule from 24 he 5 days a week and day hrs weekend to 0500-2300 and even shorter hrs on weekend. That forces you to work out in a crowd ans swim with yelling children. I no longer think that's worth 4 stars.
Before: A nice gym for the money, pleasant staff. 4 stars since its not 24 hrs on weekend.
I've read complaints about pool closed for family swimming even when there are not many adults swimming. To me - it's a benefit not a flaw. I personally don't want to be around kids when i work out, especially sharing a pool. Children shouldn't be in the same work out area as adults. They are noisy, they require more effort to get around safely and - lets be honest - not all of them step outside of the pool when they need to pee. Its just how it is. Thats why i won't  set my foot in YMCA, high school pools, community pool or water park.

It used to be a good gym, but the new limited schedule is vey annoying and the things coming with it are really deal breakers. They close even before the displayed hours and expect to be kicked out upon their wish and "mood"! A lot of wrong decisions, lately, across many things.

Very disturbing experience with the staff being super rude and kicking people out before the closing time. They send me out before 11 PM because their management said that they have to be closed and cleaned up already when it's time to close. The young fellow who took care of the gym was disrespectful, turning his back and showing signs when people tried to speak with him. I have never seen such an experience in a gym before. I always felt that the gym has to be a nice, a cozy place with excellent people (it's a place to relax, at the end, and not to build stress), but NOT this place, anymore.

Let me start off by saying find another gym. The price is too high for the service and the equipment. 
I take my kids to the daycare here and they made a mistake with my payment, it took them  5 phone calls to correct the mistake and too much of my time, in the end I was told by the manager that she would give me something extra to pay for their mistake and she ended up falling short of her promise and over complicating the whole refund. I am regretting heavily ever dealing with this gym. STAY AWAY if you value your time and your workouts.
