If I could give less than one star, I would. I have had to reschedule a couple appointments, and when I did, the staff is extremely rude and wants to know why I am cancelling and lectures you about keeping your appointment. I overheard them on the phone with another client, speaking rudely about the same thing. Both times I rescheduled an appointment, they charged $100 for "missed" appointments. I actually DID miss my son's appointment and called to apologize and reschedule. I was informed by the office manager, that they are dismissing our family from their practice. I have never heard of this. We are a family of 6 and do our best to be courteous and respectful of others time.

If I could give fewer than one star I would. The dentist who admitted that it was his second career messed up when filling a teensy cavity and essentially split my molar in half, then filled it with white amalgam without saying anything. It was painful and I went back, but all he did was file it down so to speak. Fast-forward a few years, and the filling disintegrated and my molar split in half, at which point half of it immediately fell out. Another dentist said the only thing that had kept the molar there was that amalgam, and the initial filling was botched. Now I'm sans molar, and have to pay thousands for a surgical implant. I never even had a cavity til I was nearly 20, and this place has given me a phobia of all dentists.

As a new patient, I did not know what to expect from 44th St Dental. My past dentist experiences were typical and uninviting. Dr. Veker took the time to educate me about my specific teeth and did it in a fun and friendly way. Despite being booked for weeks out, during my first appointment he was able to schedule me for some tooth repair and a cleaning the next week; willing to stay late and fit me in. I was in a rush to get my teeth checked and repaired before leaving my job. I highly recommend Dr. Veker to all patients. His office and staff are second to none! I would never imagine going to any other dentist than Dr. Veker ever again.

My family and I always have had great experiences here. Our daughter is only three and she already loves going to the dentist and gets excited about going. That in itself says a lot about how awesome the staff is here. Thanks!
