Long time patient. I would highly recommend this dental office! They are patient with my dental anxious feelings and work hard to make sure I feel safe and cared for. They always ask me which dentist I want to see for the exam and I love this because it feels genuinely tailored to my needs. Many (many) years ago I left an office because they never gave me options so this is huge to me! I have switched insurance throughout the years and they have taken every kind I have had. Staff is knowledgeable and the dentist does not hesitate to make sure I understand any treatment I may need. I see Alesia who makes me feel like I am visiting an old friend who happens to care about my smile. Thank you for the good work.

I was so impressed with Interlachen Dental upon my first visit. The receptionist, dental hygienist and doctor I had were all so professional and kind. I appreciated that they took photos of my teeth to identify "problem areas," so I understood everything they were telling me. They really took their time with me on my first visit. Look forward to returning in 6 months!

Love the hygienist Greta. Although, they are borderline taking advantage of insurance companies. Saying there's cavities where there is not and being rude after being a loyal client of 20-plus years due to an insurance change. They were going to pull my kids out of the middle of their appointment if I didn't prepay. Even though they had dental insurance that covered 90% of their visit and they used to take the secondary insurance. Only finding out upon arrival they would not take the new secondary, but they still had a primary and knew they were going to get paid. How they handled it was unprofessional and rude. They actually threatened if they didn't get paid their 10% balance they would withhold X-rays and dental records. I understand wanting to be paid but it wasn't for the full visit there was the primary insurance that took care of the majority the bill. However, if you add on top of being loyal patients for 20 years I feel we were treated rudely and unprofessionally. Their dentists are inconsistent and often have moved on other than the primary dentist that owns the business. I had my teeth whitened there once and I was left unattended and my entire gums were burned away and looked horrible for at least a month. When I went in to speak with Doctor Gittzen about it and wasn't and didn't refund my money let alone compensate me in anyway. I feel he's lucky I didn't sue him. As well as demand a full refund. What if this had been right before my wedding or other special occasion? Goes without saying we be back after all of this and other ongoing issues such as no reminder calls. They sent an email, but I don't email much and never requested or accepted this form of communication.

The best cleaning ever! So delicate and professional. The whole office staff was friendly and inviting. I would recommend Interlachen Dental to a little first timer child, up to my retired parents!

I was a dentist hopper. It took me 38 years to find an office I like enough to make it permanent. Interlachen is a great office with great staff and I happily return twice a year. I have been able to put my trust in them 100%. They are patient, kind, knowledgeable, remember me every time I come in. I also take my children here and they always leave with a smile on their face. The family feel and location is what attracted me at first. In the same building as a Starbucks and grocery store. One stop shop.
