This doesn’t even deserve a rating. Rude, obnoxious employees telling customers that they’re “fishin” when realistically everything in that store is overpriced. Customer service is horrible. Either this place needs to shut down or y’all should hire new employees. They sell small luggages that are $250+ when other nearby gift shops sell the same size for $50+. There are WAY better gift shops with way better prices in the area.

They are liars and con artists. I just can't believe that they are able to operate in timesquare. I heard that they often commit crime like this. US police should do something because there are lots of victims among visitors. Because of them I really hate NY and I don't want to go there again. This happening ruined my whole trip. They ripped off the package before they told me the price. It was a 16gb SD card for camera and he asked to see my camera and took it in to my camera and took pictures to make me not available to get refund. and the man took my credit card and charge $350. I asked another stores around timesquare, and all of them said, it is $60. It was a nightmare. I really want to warn you guys all. please don't go to their shop for your own sake. I will never forget the horrible day that they gave me.

Theives, liars and con-artists. Stay away from ANY electronic store including 47th Digital in the Times Square area. Don't know how New York City continues to let them operate.
