Very nice “open air” Apple Store due largely because of its location in the Grand Central Terminal! All the same selection as any other apple store. And like many Apple Stores, purchasing is very confusing as there are no designated registers and you have to approach a random employee for checkout.

Please don’t ever buy the HOME PODS. One of the worthless device I’ve seen and have tried. Doesn’t work and wasted my whole sleep on it. Returning it and refunding it. Apple Needs to learn from BOSE in order to make a simpler music system. Garbage HOMEPODS. DISSAPPOINTED.

very disappointed in lack of signage and direction for Handicap/Elevator entrance. please at least offer a sign. How is one to know to leave the main Concourse into the tracks area for ticketed train passengers to enter into a store on the second level of the concourse.

The worst branch I’ve EVER Known.
Wanted to make sure before I’m heading to the store if they have a specific item in stoke, when I started talking with the representative on the phone (the one who works at the store) he started asking me many questions (I have to mention that it was 40 minuets before they closed) he stared asking me personal questions and about my account and my needs, I just wanted to know if they have this item in stoke so I told him- “Could you please just answer my questions, that’s all I’m asking” he rudely HANGED UP on me!!!! Then I called again and they just stopped answering me, then called from my friends phone and they did. I was polite! They were unprofessional! SHAME!!!!!! Do not dare to go to that store!

Excellent service by Anircia! I had been having problems with my phone for some time and she was able to take care of it right away for me. I had expected to wait for some time. She also patiently answered all my questions about different features.
