Clean, organized, some nice rep's but when an Item is in stock and it's popular they hold it for themselves. I went in to purchase Pay Day 2 for the Nintendo Switch the guy kept telling me they didn't have it in stock even though I called and they told me they did. I even checked online to see if they did. The rep continued to say they didn't and that maybe it just got sold. Well the game did get sold to another rep holding it for himself which is against company policy also you can't purchase an item while you're on the clock have to be clocked out. He told me he can order it but I wouldn't get it for 2 weeks. He then recommended me to go to GameStop -_- I'm an Elite Plus member with Gamer Club unlocked I'm loyal to Best Buy why the hell would you bring up the competition. I ordered it myself online got my discount and used my points towards the game. Due to my Elite Plus status I received next day delivery. This store is usually great I guess some rep's were replaced with those who could care less about the company they work for. They only care about their own gain.

Probably the fastest I've ever been in and out if a Best Buy. Looking for a cable, greeter at the front directed me to Audio. Couldn't find the wire, grabbed a sales person, who found it instantly for me. And was able to ring me up in the aisle. Fantastic.

Very helpful staffs. Acceptable price but not for all stuffs. Range of products sold are not many. Only the most popular one. We couldn't find a laptop we're looking for. Some discounts offer here. Recommended place to visit if you are into electronics.

SHAME on this store.  1. I was at the phone section and 4 different sales people were all gathered around, shooting the breeze.  I asked where I might be able to find a jacket for my new phone and one guy looked at me, pointed around the corner, and went back to his conversation.  Real nice... sorry for disturbing your busy day, buddy! 

2. After I found the phone jacket I wanted, at zero help from the staff, I requested a price match for the Amazon price.   The cashier told me that it has to be sold and shipped by Amazon in order to qualify for price match.   I informed her the both criteria were met.   She took my phone, showed to the "manager", then came back and informed me that it's not a qualified price match.   I asked why and she said the manager informed her so.  I asked to speak to the manager and was told it could be a 20 minute wait.  I left the item and left.  The customer behind me said "that's ridiculous" and similarly left the store.

Best Buy has devolved into little more than a showcase for products sold at a better price on Amazon.  I'm so glad that it is easy and convenient to order online and not have to deal with this nonsense.

This is probably the best super mega electronic store in the area, that you can get pretty much every anything you want for your pleasure. This place has everything that you could possibly want and has a great price matching to compared to any other electronic store around. Just make sure you are a smart shopper and check the sales ads thoroughly.
