I had a terrific experience here. I came in to look at their high-end audio section downstairs and while it looks like a great selection and a really nice home theater listening room, they didn't carry quite what I needed. Rather than try to sell me into a device that was poor fit, the salesman, Gabe, spent the time listening to my needs and budget, then recommended some niche stores that might have what I need. This is the kind of customer experience every store should strive for and you can bet the next time I'm looking for an audio component, I'm going to start here.
