I recently purchased a vehicle from 5 Star Cars, and I am so pleased to report that my car-buying experience was by far the most pleasant, easy, and fun that I have ever had while purchasing a vehicle.  My impression of the owner, Bruce, is that he is a honest and kind man.  He does a great service in providing quality used vehicles at a fair price.  The vehicle I purchased is a 2009, but it looks and runs like new!  Tim, who is a auto finance expert, made the financing process easy and very enjoyable--I'm telling the truth!!  I truly enjoyed spending time with him and can't say enough good things about 5-Star Cars!

By far the most courteous dealership in Northern Arizona. I recently purchased a 2005 Mercedes S430 and I couldn't be more pleased with Bruce & Tim's knowledge on luxury vehicles. I definitely recommend anyone who is interested in purchasing a pristine used luxury vehicle, to check out Bruce & Tim at 5 Star Car's in Prescott Valley, AZ. You won't be disappointed! Simply Amazing!

Excellent service very caring no pressure at all. Purchased an Audi A4 excellent condition. Bruce buys fine vehicles. Tim in finance is great to work with. I have been in the car business many years and this the best place I have purchased a car from. Was treated with dignity and respect.

This is a great dealership! Fair prices. They have all their cars clean and detailed.  They check them out and make sure they are in good running order! We have bought a car here and so have our daughter and our son in law ! I would highly recommend checking this place out!!

Now I understand why they are called "5 Star Cars"! I saw the vehicle the night before online and decided that was the vehicle for me a GMC YUKON SLT. It checked all the boxes for what I had been looking for. Seeing it in person sealed the deal. I was introduced to Tim the finance person who was a true gentleman. We worked out my needs and I was very pleased with the whole process. Everything fell into place just the way it should and at 5:30pm I drove my new vehicle home. Thank you to all at "5 Star Cars" I would most definitely recommend to anyone I know who is thinking of buying a used vehicle.
