I went in to look around and get my son some hats because he loves the variety there ... well one week later I am a proud owner of a Ranger.. Everyone was great they  made sure I was comfortable looking around without the pressure of a “salesman” but conveniently there to answer any questions I had.  Financing was a piece of cake too!! Definitely won over a new family !

They are local so I like to support the local businesses here in Prescott but this will be the last time I give them any of my money. Latest purchase was a 2017 RZR XP 1000 4 from them with the extended warranty. After driving it a few time the noise from the front differential became increasingly worrisome. The sound is a metal on metal metallic sound that sounds like the diff is going to eat itself. Since the xp 1000 came out some have had this noise including myself on an older model and its always the front differential is out of spec and the tolerances are too tight or too loose. My last dealership (4 seasons in Payson) fixed this without a thought. So I drop off the RZR and Star Island and get a call a few days later stating its "normal" and not an issue????  I'm not talking a light noise here I'm talking throw some bolts in a coffee tin and shake it type noise. Metal on metal like that leaves metal shavings... metal shavings eat bearings.. bearings gets slop.. then the diff really get out of tolerance and severe things can happen. They want me to take my wife and 2 kids and just drive it till it locks up at 50mph and hurts my family.  Its sad when I hear about how other dealerships are fixing them and this dealership is unwilling. Guess they just want the profit off of you when you buy the machine don't want to take care of their customers after the fact

Great customer service on the sales side. No hassle buy. Gave me good price the 1st time. They don't hide rebates or charge assembly fees, etc. like the big corporate dealers. Honest & Upfront. Can't ask for anymore

Great place to go to friendly staff who are always very helpful with questions or getting work done I need. Would recommend to anybody looking for great service and good deals!
