I don’t often post my opinion about services performed by RV shops but I need to comment on the following RV dealership and their service team because they deserve some recognition. Little Dealer Little Prices RV in Prescott Valley has some of the finest Service Writers and Technicians I’ve had the pleasure of working with. I’m especially pleased with Misdy (Service Writer) for her patience and understanding of what needed to be accomplished with my Coach. She clearly wrote the details of my requests for service and went over each item one at a time with Lance (the Technician). I’m very impressed with the work performed by Lance. He went over and above when it came to taking care of my maintenance issues I had as well as the installation of new product. He treated my coach as though it was his own. My hat’s off to the dealership. You can usually tell how satisfied your employees are by the way they interact with the customers as well as the staff. You guys are my first choice for taking care of my RV. Thanks

After our steel belted radial casing around the tire, flew down Interstate 17, it took out the molding  and lower slide panels with it. We called LDLP in Prescott Valley and made them aware we would be bringing the rig in after we finished our trip. Little Dealer worked beautifully with the insurance company, got the parts ordered and repaired in time for us to hit the road on our next adventure. Thanks LDLP...Danny Sampson, Vicki Golde, George the service manager and the entire service crew! See y'all when we get back with presents from New Orleans

So we pulled the trigger and bought a new Cougar 5th wheel. The staff here are very attentive. Our sales person Jet did a great job to make us feel at ease. On our walk thru, and even though this is our 4th rig, was with Adam and he did a fantastic job showing us all the bells and whistles! And the few questions we had the following day he was right on it to make us feel comfortable. Great dealership, very happy to support local businesses.
