The folks at Affinity in Prescott Valley have been fantastic from day one!  This is my fourth RV purchase and they made the process smooth, easy, and extremely enjoyable.  Yes, I typed that.  Buying an RV was enjoyable!  From sales, to finance, to parts and orientation, each team member was professional, friendly, helpful and genuinely interested in making the process "painless," which it was.  I would recommend the staff here to newbies or seasoned buyers as they are happy to help, whatever your needs may be.  Thank you to Linda and all the staff at Affinity!!!

Linda, George and Shaun were all very helpful. Linda went out of her way to come in on her days off to meet with us due to our work schedules. We really appreciated her extra effort to provide us with a wonderful buying experience. We look forward to many years of enjoyment in our new fifth wheel.

We started a relationship with John Britt in sales about 18 months before our purchase.  Even though we did not have a tow vehicle at the time, John was nice enough to keep in touch & always answer our questions.  He has exceptional product knowledge & never puts any pressure on the customer. The personal attention he offered us kept us coming back until we were ready to purchase a brand new 5th wheel.  After visiting many dealers, we were sure Affinity was the right choice.  
John, along with Sean in finance & Josh in service did a fantastic job walking us thru the delivery process.  Well worth the drive from Phoenix!

Without a doubt, the best major purchase experience I've ever had.  Jake made finding the right travel trailer easy.  Sean made the financing part smooth.  Josh did a fantastic job giving us our orientation on using and maintaining the trailer.  Denny did an exceptional job setting us with the right accessories.  Whether you're an experienced RVer or a newbie like me, you'll be impressed with the high level of service you'll get from these guys!

Thank you Steve Evans for helping us chose our 2018 Winnebago View 24V! We have enjoyed 12 years with our 2006 Winnebago View and are so excited about our brand new unit! We were impressed with the professionalism of all the staff at Affinity.
