I went to the 7 eleven approximately 7:40 pm on Friday the 9th to pick up an order which were 2 drinks that should be served in the glass and lid, and the camel rider who is there serving gave me orders as if he were my boss , to serve the client's drinks and I told him that my job is only to pick them up, not serve them and he was very rude and rude to me and I told him that if he continued with this behavior I will no longer return to collect orders from that business and he told me better not come back I don't work for anyone, so as not to receive orders and the camel rider wanted to send me around and give me orders, he gets paid for his work and he has to do it, I get paid for my work and I know that I have to do it. If they don't want to be mistreated, they don't see
Yup. I've been a 7⃣Eleven customer for longtime, Just closely where I live home. There's a quietly and peacefully place a less than a criminal history. There is a new guy on over night shift. He was high or on a heroin trip. I had to wave in his face to get his attention. I would drug screen your employees before hiring someone new. He was extremely rude. He didn’t want to be there. I asked for a service i know you do at this location. He’s so incompetent, he couldn’t simply say he doesn’t know how to, since he is brand new. Instead he says we don’t do that here. After i call him out on him lying. he says we don’t do that after 10 pm. Still lying. Like the customer knows your job better than you do. How sad is that? Rude Ignorant Lying Poor attitude Needs to be fired so he can’t collect unemployment.
Health department needs to take a look at this place. I was getting a soda, to the left of the machine between the soda snd coffee I saw what I thought was rays droppings. As I'm getting my soda one of those what it thought to be droppings started to move I noticed it was maggots. Wouldn't drink, eat, walk into this place ever again. Suggest don't touch the cooked food.
Every night for the last couple weeks they are close due to system down. I’m starting to believe the worker just does not want to work. If your system is truly down why not get it fixed. People like myself work early mornings and sometimes need to fuel up before getting on the freeway at 3am.
They display better prices than what they charge, the tellers response is do you want to buy it or not buddy?
I have been going here at least once a week for 4 years, today...7/13/22, bought a gallon of milk...got home, it was rotten, returned it within 3 minutes, was told theres no returns ob milk, i insisted and got firm with the older gentleman that he let me switch it, he finally agreed, grabbed another gallon, opened it at the counter...i was yelled at that i cannot open in the store. It was worse than the first. He then told me if i open them he cannot resell them, i told him im not paying almost 6 dollars for rotten milk, he denied a return or switch after that, and mumbled the b word at me.....i then got loud and told him to get milk. A younger associate went and got a fresh gallon for me and the older man was upset....so in short, this man should know how tight the economy is right now, and you cannot charge for sour milk. He has no idea how close i was to smacking the ish out of him and making a bigger issue until his younger associate helped me. Would gladly sit in lock up overnight to prove this point....so be fair to your customers, if you almost 60 and working at 711, its not to be taken out on customers.
I order stuff off doordash and the workers provided the driver with expired milk second time they do this workers are shady for this and trying make money off bad milk
They were out of medium cups for the iced coffee special and the lady told me to just get a large. That was nice of her. Also they had brisk blackberry tea which I've been looking for everywhere. And 2 for $2.79 which was even better!
The few times I’ve been to this 7-eleven I’ve been asked for money by the homeless. If you get gas expect to be asked if you have change. The 4 stars goes to why we come here, the Slurpees. Usually stocked up well, machines churning the icy goodness.
