This location was very busy especially the drive thru. Fortunately I made the right choice and ordered inside. The staff was speedy and kind. My drink came out just right, I would recommend stopping by this location for great service with a smile.

I’m a regular Starbucks customer at least 4 times a week. This location is the worst! I got in the drive thru because there was only 5 cars in line seriously been in this drive thru for over 25 minutes. When I got my drink I could tell it had been made wrong. Bad coffee and super long wait time never sat in a Starbucks line for more than 10 minutes.  Super slow employees.

Calls people out of order for drinks. Girls that came in 5 mins after I ordered received their cold brews before I received mine. Yes we all ordered cold brew. Talk to girl at register and was only apologized to. Ladies get it together. This is terrible service

Went for a morning pick-me-up. Things were good. The staffers were nice except for one who was super snappy. I brushed it off as her being annoyed working on Christmas eve.Food: 4/5

Visited Starbucks on Frederick st and 60 Frwy this morning and was very disappointed with my hot beverage. I ordered a grande hot drink and to my surprise when I left the drive thru opened up my cup and it was a little more than half way filled. I paid for a grande but looked like a tall. Check your order before you leave the window.

Attention customers if you order a hot drink please check the cup because I forgot to open the cup and it's filled up to 3/4 instead of being full. They need to stop doing that to people I swear I'm sure the employees would get upset if they went into a drive thru with 3/4 of their ordered items.

This was a busy place on a Saturday afternoon...but they had almost every item we asked for. No blueberry scones today...darn! One complaint, not enough seating... barstools and some benches with chairs across. Good seating for a group, I suppose. Anyhow, friendly, prompt service and right off the freeway if you need caffeine and/or a bite!

Normally service & Free WIFI Updated Starbucks had to decided to ordered to rebuilding next dirt landscape arena where it was a bigger spaces including a more rooms and drive thru available from their old place was too small, bored and no drive thru that's why they needed a improvement and much better than a old place and it's had to a year started from winter of 2020s until completed in Spring of 2021s and before reopening to runs a new business on June of 2021s, They was moved to next door from old place, it's still the same of Starbucks addressed is already now. It's a bigger place and more customers use a tables and easy line-up to ordering it.

I had a horrible experience at this place. Thanks to a worker named Kelly, she's just plain old mean. I did nothing to attract her ark. But it seems that she wants to treat everybody like their homeless or not customers I spend quite a decent amount of money at Starbucks and being a part of her job security, one would think I get a little bit more respect. So I'll just write this all down so some of my 40000 plus viewers to find out just how she feels.
