I was very pleased with the professionalism and everyone there being so kind my order was correct I asked for my burger well done it was amazing and so delicious the fries were hot and fresh the food was really great just everyone is really nice
Went inside to order and the place was clean and covid free. The employees were very busy, trying to get everybody's order out. I had a trainee, she was very sweet and after I ordered she made sure that my order was correct. Very nice place and very quick to get your order to you. I'd give the. 10 stars but I can only give 5. I went to McDonald’s on a Friday at 10:40 to pick up two Happy Meals. Before I went, I looked up online when Happy Meals start being served and it said 10:30. I wait in the drive-thru line for 15 minutes. I get to the ordering window at 10:55. They say they cannot process the order because lunch starts at 11 5 minutes away. I ask to just buy two toys to not disappoint kids. I get to the window to pay and it is over $8 for two very cheap toys. That is the price of two Happy Meals. I ended up getting them and then took the kids to Jack N the Box to get food. Staff wasn’t that friendly either. The staff at Jack N the Box was nice even though it was a rush as school just got out. I will avoid this McDonald’s location in the future.
The staff is awesome! I tried to order hot tea with my breakfast. They didn't have any, but the cashier told me that they could pour some of the iced tea mix with hot water, if I was interested. I accepted. The employee who handed me my order decided to give me an additional cold iced tea as well, free of charge, saying "just in case the hot one isn't good." I was pretty impressed that not just one, but TWO employees went out of their way to make sure I was satisfied. Will definitely return.
Only accepting exact cash this morning. Worker was clear about this and stern, indicating that there were signs that I missed this is true and I count this a good thing, as service workers deal with customers ignoring all indications of issues frequently. Service was quick and I was able to give exact change since it was a small order of coffee. Service usually is quick in the morning, especially before 6:45 or so.
I just witnessed the worst possible customer service ever. There was a gentleman in front of me who only spoke spanish i believe. The lady on the recieving end which is an older lady. Screamed at the gentleman no Abla espanol get the hell out of my drive thru Like literally screaming at the guy. Its fortunate that the gentleman just pulled out of the drive through. I believe that was very unprofessional for this to happen. The time is currently 9:10pm. If anyone has dealt with this lady i would definitely recommend not coming to this establishment. There is one down the street. I will leave a review everyday about this buissness. Its not right and should not have been handled in that matter. There is a right and a wrong way to deal with situations and this was a prime example of how not to deal with it. Im very upset. I understand that people have long days. Work is work and home life is home life. If maybe it was decided to live a different life with different goals she could have did so. Its not fair to families at all . What if that gentleman was here to feed his kids or family. I view a work at a different angle then this lady. It makes me sick to my stomach that someone could have acted like this. I definitely made a call to corporate because that is ridiculous. Something needs to be done before it happens again.ill be back in there tomorrow to get her name because im highly upset shame on you lady.
Wanting good, quick food I thought McDonald’s would be a good choice. I was wrong. At the Perris blvd location, approximately 12 a.m. I ordered two deluxe chicken meals, both sandwiches were chewy, cold and sloppily made. The BBQ sauce package was covered with other opened BBQ sauce making them disgusting to touch. And to top it all off, the world famous McDonald’s fries were over cooked and again, cold. I have had good food from this location before but after tonight, I might get a burrito next time I want a late night meal.
I will continually update this every visit, but today I wanted breakfast. There was a long line at 7am but I’m used to that. There was even a note apologizing for the wait attached to the order console due to being short staffed. I ordered 3 deluxe breakfasts. Everything looked good until I noticed something was missing, my favorite part of the meal honestly, the crispy salty hash browns. I’ll give you the pass for being slow, but I won’t give you the pass for being inaccurate. 12/12/22: ordered a double quarter pounder, got a single, someone almost stole my order because they called out a mobile order for Jeremiah but two people were there picking up for delivery service, the order number is the biggest differential. Poorly made burger as well. I’ll lay-off of this restaurant for a while.
Went to eat lunch here today and I have to say we had the best experience. There were 2 wonderful ladies here that went above and beyond to make our experience special . They were happy , positive and lovely . I wish I got there name so I could recognize them . We were at the store around 1:30 . Thank you for being so wonderful and we appreciate you .
The free food coupons never seem to work when you try to use them and the employees always look bothered and like it's coming out of their pocket when you try to use those said coupons off the app. One day I was treated like a sub human cos I had a free big Mac coupon and it would work even though it hadn't been 15 minutes the cashier was annoyed and promo my burger but the attitude I got was very humiliating. Do better
