Let me start by saying I’ve only left a review 3 times in my life! This is the first time I’ve ever received service so exceptional that I needed to post about it. I’m visiting from Texas and the staff here are absolutely amazing and very pleasant. Thank you all for making my day better I appreciate it!

Terrible starbucks. They just opened and they're service is already trash. My Barista Michael is the only reason I'll be coming back here. He was a sweet guy and made the whole interaction with all the other employees better.

Extremely bad, worst employees, they don't follow order instructions. They screw up plus careless icky females w/ugly attitude including the young ignorant manager trying sigh it away, I'm sure she was annoyed being told so out of spite she rudely offered and say "if you would like I can give you full refund or a remake? "    . . That's all. . And I GUESS that jst solves it for future oopsies right???

I absolutely love this Starbucks. First of all, i come here every morning to get my daily dose of coffee. Every time i come the service gets better. The place is literally full of people and they manage to keep their calm and accommodate everyone. Although it is busy and i have to wait in a pretty long line it is in a very convenient location and the people there are a pleasure.

Idk what it is, the batista or the machines that make the espressos most appealing. Some espresso comes to acidic but starbucks on day st and the 60 is probably my favorite so far. Good espresso = better espresso drinks.Food: 5/5

Terrible service! I waited a whole 40 minutes for just two fraps. The workers were laughing and chatting with each other for about five minutes. I don't know how these people were hired when all they know how to do is run their mouths and not the store

One of the worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to. The staff are rude and not customer oriented. No line waited 20 minutes for a regular coffee and a latte. We finally gave in and cancel order and left.

Very popular making service a bit slow but great coffe, highly recommend getting one of the Starbucks Reserve drinks!

My first time to this particular Starbucks , and it was a pleasant experience. my family and I had just spent the day at John's incredible . And we were looking for a quiet little place to hang out before everybody went thier different directions. The staff seemed overwhelmed, but did an outstanding job. We were very impressed. my only complaint is this the Starbucks is smaller on the inside than it looks from the outside. I think of you can only fit a Max of 20 customers comfortably and that's if they were all standing LOL the best thing that we liked about the Starbucks was that it was right next to a Java juice. so if you didn't feel like coffee or everything Starbuck at the offer you could go get some lemon grass and wheatgrass and blended together and drink like a cow. LOL

The staff Is slow as hell, don’t know how to prioritize drinks and often go out of order. Need retraining at least on the night shift from what I’ve seen.
