Unfortunately, my experience was totally different that all the 5 star rave reviews (which make me suspect that these reviews were written by the company owner(s) and/or the employees, in order to drum up business.....too common now of days).
Called about a water heater problem, was told someone would be there between 3-4:00PM.
By 5:00PM, no one has shown up, nor any calls keeping us informed.
Called company, only got answering machine, so figured they were now closed for the day, left message that I guess it wasn't going to happen today.
30 minutes later (as we were eating dinner) the office calls, saying they got hung up and are in route (why not call earlier and let us know?)
Hurry through dinner, but tech doesn't show up for another 30 minutes (guess we didn't need to hurry)
Did fix problem, but it amounted to a $303 bill to install a $10.98 part available at my local Lowes hardware (went and looked, it's there, sitting on shelf)
Yeah, I know there was a service call fee ($79), so on the bill it's listed as "Replace element" for $224.
The tech himself was a good guy, but mainly I'm upset at the total bill.

I was really impressed. I thought it would be hard to find someone who would finish another person's work, but they did it without hesitation. They were always eager to make sure their work was what I expected! They did the job quickly and we're very nice. The work was perfect. I will definitely call them for my future needs as well!

Plumbing is my go to plumber.  We handle plumbing in house, but when the ....hits the fan this is the plumber to call.  On time, professional and over all just GREAT.

Wow, I was impressed from the start. I can not say enough positive things about this company. When my hot water heater went out you couldn't read the tank size so everyone guessed it was a 40 gallon tank. The nice lady I spoke with knew the area and realized that my neighborhood normally has garden tubs, and I do, and that a 40 gallon was not the correct size. She told me my home required a 80 gallon tank to stay up to code, which upon researching, I found she was correct. They arrived at the exact time they stated they would and fixed it in a timely, professional manner.
