GREAT EXPERIENCE !!!  Greg (installer) was prompt and efficient.  Completed the job in less time than quoted.  Was friendly and took the time to explain everything he did.  Gave instructions on how to operate and take care of the unit.  I was truly impressed with his know-how.  I will definitely recommend Ben Franklin plumbing  (and Greg) to all my friends.  GREAT COMPANY!  Keep up the good work and customer relations.

Had what I thought was frozen pipes and a back up.  Benjamin Franklin had the plumbers out fast.  They figured it out and I was very happy with thier service.

We moved to South Carolina in June so we were not familiar with plumbers in this area.  When we unexpectedly needed some work done, I remembered hearing an ad on the radio for Ben Franklin Plumbing.  I called and explained our problem around 12 PM and the plumber was at our home by 2 PM.  The job was completed very quickly and efficiently.  The young man who performed our job was extremely pleasant and informative.  He explained the membership club for both plumbing and electrical.  The price was very reasonable, so we signed up for both services as it would save us money on future visits and on a yearly inspection on our systems.  I have already told some friends about your company.  Keep up the good work!!!!!

Our garbage disposal got jammed and we could not reset it or unjam it. Called in the morning and they were here by 1:00. Fortunately, the disposal just needed to be removed, cleaned and reset and not replaced. The guys were professional, efficient and friendly. Will definitely use them again.
