Great customer service by everyone I dealt with. Shawn was very professional , knowledgeable and friendly. He represented Dependable Services very  well as did everyone I talked with on the phone. This day and time so nice to deal with a company like this. Highly recommend.

I highly recommend Dependable Service Plumbing.  Had an issue recently with my garbage disposal - Keith came out and looked at the disposal, took pictures, gave me an estimate as well as worst case scenario.  Keith was very professional and honest about what he needed to do.  He was able to fix the issue without having to replace the whole unit (worse case scenario). I am one happy customer!!

Eric was my technician. Very well mannered guy and willing to get the job done regardless how messy it was gonna be. Very professional. Showed up on time and was easy to work with. Great business in my opinion. Would call them back anytime.

Jeff Phillips did an outstanding job of going over the plumbing inspection checklist in a very professional and timely manner.  We received a telephone call advising us he was on his way and when to expect him which is very much appreciated.  I would highly recommend DS Plumbing Service.

Outstanding Customer Service from Shawn Borden and excellent professional installation of a new Hot Water Heater from Shane Howard and Stefon Washington. Shane and Stefon worked quickly and efficiently. After the installation was completed, the next day, I received a follow-up call from Shawn to make sure we were satisfied with the installation. You just don’t get this type of Customer Service and Workmanship from any other company. We will continue using Dependable Service Plumbing for our plumbing needs and services.
