Will never forget the day when it all happened. Changed the course of the entire world. The museum has, in my opinion, fully grown up to the task of trying to give an insight of what happened in those few hours (now) 16yrs ago and whoever had the idea of getting guides who were actually involved in the events one way or an other - congratulations. And Sarah, thank you ever so much for the tour, this would be something I'll keep amongst my treasured memories of life. Absolutely a must see! If you go to NY as a tourist, and don't visit - it's like you haven't even visited the Big Apple, as those events are at the very core of the city's history. Thumbs up a million times for all the staff!

Amazing experience! Anyone who remembers this day should visit. Plan for being there for hours and realize there’s not much for restaurants in that part of town. The fountains out front are amazing as well. It’s my #1 must see in the city!

Beautifully done. Don't believe anyone can make it through without tears. I love the pick-me-up at the end where you can post what contributions to society you have made and have it posted. Really lifted everyone's spirits back up.

Amazing and Powerful. Andy, a former fire chief during 911, did our tour and I cannot say enough good things about him or this tour. I would do this tour over and over again. The fact that each tour guide is someone directly tied to the incidents that happened on 911 is what makes this that much more powerful. If you have the opportunity to do this tour, then no questions asked you and everyone you know should do it.

This Tribute is amazing. The family members of the 9/11 attacks had their hand in this Tribute. We met a survivor there. Her name is Adrian Pierce. She is an amazing person. Her story will change your life. We have a friend in her for life. We are so happy we had such a touching experience here. Send your love to the family members by coming here to feel their pain and energy.
