Many of the photos have no information as to the date they were taken or the circumstances of the picture. Attempts to obtain information from the staff were met politely, but added no further information. Since the visit took place on a weekend, there was no one from the research staff available. Exhibits should have more detailed labeling.

There's a great story to be told about the NYPD but this doesn't manage it. Choice of exhibits is a bit hit & miss, as are the labels. Not a waste of time but you're done within the hour. Needs some investment and a clearer mission
