I had a cracked screen on my iPhone.  It was replaced in 10 minutes.  The technician was very knowledgeable and professional.  I came back after a week because the phone was starting to have some problems.  He replaced the screen again free of charge.  I have had no problems since then and that was over 8 months ago.  The company stands behind their work.  I highly recommend them.  The price was very reasonable.

Kinda late on this review but since I'm still having problems two months later decided to leave one. I came to repair my screen, it was replaced at a very affordable price which I appreciated, however, I had to come back a few days later because the screen was defected and would freeze a lot. I left my phone there for a few hours and the screen was replaced again, but the phone would still freeze and it had "phantom touch" where a bunch of apps would open on their own etc. I have a really busy schedule and I don't have time to continue to leave my phone for hours at a time for the same result. The guy was very nice, and offered to look at it a third time but I just don't find it worth it. I would just use caution, the price is cheaper than most repair shops but that's probably because they are buying cheap parts.

My computer needed a new hard drive. The folks here efficiently completed the repair for a fair price.

Heads-up: They add on a percentage for credit card purchases in order to recoup the fees the card companies charge. As my charges were ultimately over $200. I was not happy. Customarily, the card company fees are the cost of doing business and when the bill is over $10. the business is recouping those fees in their profit, anyway (for Mastercard & Visa, not the extra Amex charges in fees).  I do not carry that much cash, so I was unprepared. Further, when I was there last (spring 2107) the policy was not posted, but sprung on me at point of sale.  Tacky. I protested and they forgave the extra charge.

My dad had a charging port problem on his android phone.  We went in and they took a look at the unit and gave it a good cleaning.  Surprisingly that's all it took to get if functional.  Even more of a surprise he didn't charge us for the service.  It's nice to see this kind of customer service. Any further problems with any of our tech, 911 Tech Repair will be my first stop.  Thanks!

I was very pleased with the service from this location. I expected an expensive repair and in about a minute the tech solved my problem with NO charge. I will certainly go back to this location for any future iPhone or iPad problems.
