There seems to be a large gap between stores and understaffed during peak times. I was fortunate to find one of the best AT&T Stores in my area and have been happy ever since.

Extremely Poor Customer Service. I purchased an i-phone and phone charger from this store. The phone became warped and the phone actually separated along the side. My wife and I returned to store in an effort to have them resolve this problem. An employee and a manager treated me and my wife with total disrespect. The manager was rude. Our problem was not resolved and there was NO effort to try to resolve the issue. They would not back the products sold to us. I will NEVER go to this store and I am now changing my carrier from AT&T, even though I have been with them for over 20 years..

Always have had a good experience here. The wait can be long at times, but isn't really their fault. It just get's really busy. My only complaint is that it can be very hard to get someone on the phone. Other then that though, I have nothing but good things to say.

Their employee made a mistake, later they made us pay for his mistake!!! What a shame!!! The general manager is running, any time he sees us!!! He doesn't wanna fix the problem!!! So reader make customers pay for their employees's mistakes , than to assume responsibility for it!!! Horrible experience, they have no idea how to manage a business!!!! If their purpose is to damage their reputation, than well done!!! I wish any of the headquarters will see this, and do some investigations!!!

This center is useless and the people out there don't have any basic ethics. Alex Castro most disrespectful person...don't expect any kinda customer service here.... Wish there is a neg rating. Drive extra 7 miles you will get to Woodfield at&t...
