Worst customer service I have ever had. Bought a washer and dryer and the window was 12-4. Took the day off from work to accommodate. By 345 still no sign so I called and was on hold until I finally hung up. Truck finally got here at 415. I had to arrange my schedule to accomodate install time. 1) Why put a phone number in the order that no one will answer? 2) Why ask for my phone number and email (to be kept informed of delivery progress) if I won’t be informed of delivery progress? I was stuck and couldn’t afford another day off. I was very tempted to just cancel the order and go elsewhere. Maybe I should have based on reviews.

Evan in the laptop and computer department talked with me about products even though I had already purchased a laptop that I was picking up at the store. He was super friendly and had lots of good knowledge and appropriate salesmanship.

Overall good for me, but when my wife and I walked in it was instantly awkward because there was an employee and a group of people arguing very loudly. Other than that, the tech department staff seemed young and somewhat knowledgeable. Surprising for teens and young 20s considering I usually get people in best buys who have no clue what theyre talking about. Employee shouldnt have a loud arguing discussion like that on the floor. Was clearly too young and controlled by his emotions to work properly in retail. Sad part is I believe he was a manager. Even if he was right about his argument (was yelling "dont talk that way to me" at the customer) he was wrong to do that at all. Younger generation just doesnt get it. You cannot do that in retail. Ever. Someone else turned right around and never even came in because of it.

Very smooth and convenient interaction. Johnie (manager) very personable and down to business getting us help. Only issue needed to order in a phone from another store so 4 out of 5 for that.
